When you fill in the contact form we receive:

- email or phone;
- company name (if provided);
- message text;
- technical request data: IP address, User-Agent, timestamp.
3. Why we process it
We process your data to:
- reply to your enquiry;
- prepare a commercial proposal;
- negotiate and perform a contract;
- protect against spam and abuse.
4. Legal basis
We rely on your consent expressed by submitting the form, and on performance of a contract or pre-contract steps at your request (Art. 6(1)(a) and 6(1)(b) of the EU GDPR for EU users).
5. Third parties
We share data only with infrastructure providers necessary to run the site and email (hosting and mail services). We do not sell your data and do not share it with advertising networks.
6. Retention
We keep enquiry data no longer than needed for communication and contract performance — usually up to 3 years. Earlier deletion on request.

8. Your rights
